Miss Philippines (Character)

Emeline Cortez, aka Miss Philippines is the titular Filipina-American Superheroine of the Miss Philippines series (as almost all of the franchise's events are set within the Powerstorm Prime Universe, although there are occasional times that the entire franchise would dive into other corners that exist within the entire Powerstorm Omniverse as a whole) along with her being one of the franchise's featured main protagonists, with her also occasionally appearing in other corners of the entire Powerstorm Shared Omniverse as a whole that she can also play any kind of part of that she can be in such as the Elxtremights, which would later become a spin-off franchise and television series that would be connected to her franchise as almost everything regarding with it (with some exceptions to the table( would occur with the entire Prime Powerstorm Universe itself.

Superhero form (Original Design)

In her very own kind of outfit to wear as a Superheroine when she fights against the most vile, vehemently vicious and villainous of team-ups to happen at many of the following kinds of events such as the incoming crime waves or the incoming competent, strong and hostile Kaiju/Daikaiju, Demon, Hydra, Dragon and Alien invasions along with everything else in between that's also considered to be tough, dangerous, devastating and threatening, she wears a red T-shirt with a yellow circle with three to four sun rays (representing the South, West and East directions of the Diamond as seen on the entire map) and Blue sleeves, along with a white undershirt underneath, red gloves, a with belt with blue handles on it, a black pair of pants and even, a pair of Red Boots with a pair of yellow Stars included too for the Outfit.

Superhero form (Finalized Design)

For the Finalized Design of the Outfit, she wears a Red Shirt that has a Yellow Sun on the Center with Blue Sleeves, a pair of Red Gloves, a White Belt with a Red Circle that also has a Yellow Star on the Center, a pair of Black Pants and a pair of Red and White Boots with Yellow Stars on them included. The Design itself is an Amalgam of the Current Outfit design itself along with her planned (and quietly scrapped) Alternate Universe Counterpart, Emeleone Cortez/Pinaylika's (nicknamed Philincess Knight) very own designs according to her Creator, although parts of the Current Design like the Red Gloves and the White Belt parts are still kept intact into the Final Product.

Voice actresses

In the Japanese version, she is originally going to be voiced by none other than Yukari Tamura whom voiced Talim from the Soul Calibur franchise of historical fantasy fighting video games (an another positive fictional Filipina Heroine who is just like her, except she is very recognizable by everyone else) by Bandai-Namco while at the same time for the English releases, she would be voiced by Alyssa Mireles, a female Texan YouTuber who is a fan of Disney media (including Zootopia, various Disney Princess media and Pixar productions), Sonic the Hedgehog (she is known by her fellow fans of the franchise for her Amy Rose voice impression in addition to herself as Sonic, Blaze, Tails and Rouge; that franchise would also receive a Crossover fighting game with the Miss Philippines franchise along with it's other spin-offs to tie in with the franchise's Multiverse) and Steven Universe. Just in case if one of the following plans to work didn't really go very well for her Creator, she'll be voiced by an actual Filipina-American in the English Language to perfectly synthesize and truly match her Background.

However, for the Japanese Dubbed releases of her series along with the spin-offs, she would be later voiced by none other than Yume Shinjo, the Actress best known by everyone (both in and outside of Japan) for playing Sena Hayami/Kiramei Green from Mashin Sentai Kiramager.

• Her very own main Superhero costume that got redesigned by her Creator for the very first time (and for the second time in which served not only act as the definitively legitimate final product but also, would act as one of her two Main attires to wear for herself, all by herself as well) resembles the colors of the Philippine flag, while her White Shirt on the other hand, represents the white triangle itself in addition to the middle part of her shirt being the sun on the flag as well. The Yellow Stars (and likewise with the flag itself, the secondary one as three of them included) are also here for both Outfits as well.
