Levigan is a very ginormously gigantic, vehemently vigorous, vehemently vicious, unanimously unstoppable, brutally blazing, externally enormous, enormously external, extremely excelled, supremely strengthened, surely spiced, stupendously sharpened, rigorously roared, explicitly encrusted, heavily hastened, tastefully toughened, weavingly wheeled, royally recharged and fearsomely fierce Dragon, member of an ancient interdimensional species of dragons and heinously hardened, destructively delivered, furiously flamed and sadistically sinister versions of them are one of the following major enemies for Miss Philippines alongside with the lines of her very own surely spiked set of allies and as well as almost everyone else who is definitely Heroic, Anti-Heroic and even, formerly Villainous within the entirety of the Powerstorm Omniverse as a whole. However, Neutral and Good versions of them can also co-exist with their Evil Counterparts too.

One of them got a pair of blue eyes, along with purple and green skin/fur (purple for the body and green for the head, tummy/stomach and feet parts), as well as them having yellow spines and triangular grey toenails (and claws) for the feet in addition to having different varying kinds of black spikes in many sizes for the heads, white sharped teeth and red wavy long tongues on them.

Levigan is a powerfully competent, undefeatable, definitively determined, bravely blazed, heavily hardened, supremely strengthened, lusciously laced and unstoppably strong, smart, courageous, destructive, volcanic and fearless creature that seeks to wipe out almost all forms of life on a clearly countless number of planets, worlds, realms, realities, spheres, positions and dimensions that exist throughout all forms of time, reality, shape, size and space. However, as mentioned earlier, there are Neutral and Good Counterparts to their Villainous Selves who also protect many kinds of things and as well as them being one of the following forms of transportation that can be used by anyone (mainly with those who are supremely strong, tremendously toughened, eternally encouraged, blazingly brave, bravely blazed, honorably heroic, heroically honored, delightfully determined and freshly fearless enough to ride on them) that exists within the entire Omniverse.

Levigan is a giant two-headed dragon that originated from another dimension called the Dragon Dimension. He is known, acknowledged, confessed and feared throughout by many who had existed within the Powerstorm Prime Universe as Levigan seeks to destroy many kinds of dimensions, realms, realities, kingdoms, empires and planets and exterminate almost all of the following forms of life in all kinds of shapes, structures, constructions, formations, configurations, molds, types and sizes across almost all of the following Worlds that exist within the entire Powerstorm Omniverse as a whole.
